Golf Group Manager (“GGM”) respects the privacy of website users and Subscribers (as described in the Website Services Agreement) and will not dishonour this trust by selling or distributing personal information to third parties for personal gain of any kind. Website Services Agreement - The Website Services Agreement governs use of the Website and Services and contains important provisions disclaiming and excluding the liability of GGM and others. It contains provisions determining the applicable law, exclusive jurisdiction and methods for the resolution of disputes. Each of those provisions also applies to any disputes that may arise in relation to this Policy and the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, and are of the same force and effect as if they had been reproduced directly in this Policy.
Former Users - If permission to use the Website is stopped or by GGM, GGM may continue to use and disclose personal information in accordance with this Policy and the Website Services Agreement, which may be amended from time to time, and subject to compliance with the law.
Privacy Policy Changes - This Policy may be changed by GGM from time to time at GGM's sole discretion without any prior notice or liability to the Subscriber or website user.
